India is a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC, assuring its citizens of justice, equality, and liberty.
Thus proclaimed the indian citizens on 26 jan, when india accepted its contitution.

Salute the leaders who worked hard for almost 3 yrs, consulted various constitutions round the world(Upanishads,British, US,Irish,French, Canadian,Australian,USSR and Weimar Constitution) to provide us a tool that would make democracy the most powerful in India.

The three pillars provided by the constitution - the executive, the legislature and the judiciary and powers given to each ensured that power always stays in the hands of Indian citizens

It is said that 15 Aug is a day to remember our past and 26 jan is the day to think abt our future. So lets think abt the glorious future of India
