shivaay holds annika's cheeks and feed her saying its for celebrating his engagement. he is playing farak games with her.

shivaay slightly watches her from the corner of his eyes while taking medicine and senses her

presence. he turns aside and smiles.

ps. i personally feel its like that did you like it seq. he first tests and makes move on her and make her nervous. then talks about his engagement trying to gauge her feelings
