5 lacs? Who pays this charlatan quack this kind of money?
Nowadays there are so many IG and yt vloggers who advocate all kinds of healthy recipes. Why does anyone need this woman who knows shit?

IMO ghee is good in moderation. But white refined sugar is bad, no nutrition whatsoever and also it's not a coolant.

As Chuck would say "What chicanery

Yes I believe. I saw her breakfast to dinner segment and even there Alia seemed to be borderline anorexic/bulimic. You could feel it with her relationship to food.
ANd I also heard that she;s a chain smoker.

But Shraddha also smokes and drinks? This is didn't know/.

IDK about what Rujuta says and advices her clients but I agree that we should eat everything 😆
Don't worry about fat-free, sugar-free, carb-free, gluten-free, that-free this-free etc etc. We need fats as much as proteins or any other nutrient under the sun. Point is to maintain a moderation.

Weight-loss shouldn't be the only goal of life.

Leading a healthy life should be important. And a healthy life includes -

1. Having a healthy balanced diet without avoiding any kinds of foods, but in moderation. Split three meals into 6-7 small meals(you can have every 2 hours). Know your metabolism, eat accordingly.

2. One should not only do 40-60 minutes of physical exercise two times a day but should be physically active all day long.

3. Get 6-8 hours of sound sleep.

4. Drink atleast 2 lts of water per day

5. PEACE. Mental, emotional, spiritual, whatever... inner peace is not overrated, it is very much relevant.

You don't have to avoid any food unless you have a medical condition or a symptom of a medical condition, and your physician advices you to do so.

PEACE.

She is wrong about salt.. high(not low) salt consumption increases BP but doesn't cause hypertension per se.

Nothing in this world can make you lose weight besides consistent healthy diet and gymming with cheat days. Ofcourse if you are blessed with metabolism at the speed of light then go crazy but it will have a negative impact on your health despite being skinny. This is true for even if women get lipo and tummy tucks, they have to reduce portions or eat healthy along with gymming.

Honestly with the level of body shaming, these actresses may well have eating disorders. I am sure a lot of actresses are on appetite suppressants, smoking etc.and then they say 'we are foodies' , 'we eat anything and everything and just gym' ... i call bullshit😆.

Completely agree with you!

Wrong and misleading advice .
I have weight issues ,but I lost few pounds just by avoiding sugar and using less salt . Rice and paratha or any whole wheat food is fine but white bread will have adverse effect on our weight loss regime and it is not good for health too.
There is no advantage in substituting honey for sugar .
The reason for weight gain will not be same for all , the best solution is know your health condition and eat healthy food in moderation .

Haha..

Why do these people have to be so pretentious? Alia Bhatt is petite. She doesn't have muscle mass. She's skimpy. So, she might be prone to being skinny-fat. The best way to fix that is resistance training and high protein intake.

Look at someone like Jacqueline. She looks in good shape. She's not skinny, nor overweight. Her fitness regime constitutes of more cardio than strength training. She states this openly. It all varies.

I can understand some actors like Sonakshi and Parineeti who have a different build and slower metabolism than perhaps someone like Shraddha, who is skinny (and may have active metabolism).

It's impossible to be in shape if you eat ghee, parathas, white rice (in abundance), and oily food in excess. Unless you have perfect genes, even people who look thin - eating such foods - will have a higher fat percentage (skinny-fat). It's just that some people have a tendency to put on pounds in local areas, while for others it gets evenly spread across the body.

Staying in shape applies differently to people. The right weight for a certain build may be over or under weight for another. It's all relative.

Regardless, this starving diet that has become a fad amongst celebrities isn't new. Whether in Hollywood or here in Bollywood, actresses have starved themselves for years to remain fit. With actors, it won't work because they will lose muscle mass too, but skimpy girls like Alia and Shraddha won't mind being low on strength and energy to get that lean look. This is changing in Hollywood due to the addition of fitness technologies and awareness, but it still exists.

At the end of the day, it's all about what makes you feel good. And, for common people, that is why - you should never follow celebrity diets UNLESS that celeb is known for her or his work in the field of fitness and diet. Celebs use all sorts of unhealthy means to remain in a "perfect" shape. They have the money and with that comes personal trainers, doctors, dieticians, etc. etc., so whatever they do - they're monitored by professionals. It's not the case with non-celebs.

Even guys, like John, Salman, SRK, Aamir, etc., have all used steroids to build muscle at various stages of their careers. With their hectic lifestyles, priorities, and workloads, it's impossible to build muscle to that degree. You need to be an athlete or a dedicated trainer for that. The difference is Salman seems to have used it for longer than the other three, which is why he looks huge/chubby these days. It's one of the adverse effects after you stop steroid intake - you tend to become huge in an unhealthy way. It takes time and effort to get back to normal levels. I doubt Salman has that much time these days. Plus, his age.. So yeah.
