Who are Alia Bhatt and Rujuta fooling?

I recently watched Alia and Rujuta's live chat discussion online. I was baffled by some of the advice given out by Rujuta and honestly don't believe Alia is following her advice at all. Eat sugar, eat deep fried foods and have white bread. I've never heard of such baloney all my life. The look on Alias face said it all. Rujuta is simply using Alia to lure vulnerable women and youngsters in this weight loss trap. The fact she charges 5 lacs just to tell people to eat locally is absurd. She made more sense when she collaborated with Kareena five years ago. I'm not ruling out everything she says but at one point she said dancing and keeping fit would cure acidity and Alia was like that's not going to help with acidity is it? She was like no but it would make you feel better. What?!? Rujuta cannot answer questions on the spot..she struggles. Below are some of the things Alia and Rujuta are advocating. She doesn't emphasise on quantities of ghee, rice etc. You can't just have unlimited amounts of these foods if someone is obese for e.g. and wants to reduce their waistline.

Alia said don't measure food and eat. As per Rujuta, food should not be reduced to groups such as carbs, proteins and fats. You should eat food in moderation. "Everyone's talking about gluten-free pizza, brown bread and red rice, about reducing their carb intake, and I'm eating white bread and butter at 4am. Rujuta showed me how local food eaten in moderation can be healthy, Alia said.

Rujuta says sugar is a natural coolant and one should add sugar in lemonade than honey. Nimbu paani is healthy for hair and not having sugar can give you cramps.

I make my paneer and dahi from that organic milk too and consume it fresh. It works as a natural fat burner and gives me a good skin tone. It's my job to look fabulous, said Alia. She also eats dal khichdi and curd rice with a spoonful of ghee.

Alia says a vegetarian diet can also have lots of proteins. Even curd rice has proteins. "Have plenty of vegetables and grains and that fulfil the protein requirement, said Rujuta.
Nope, salt is not bad food. Less salt can lead to hypertension, blood pressure issues, etc. Don't skip the salt. Also, locally single pressed oils are the best such as mustard oil, coconut oil, peanut oil.

They are fooling unsuspecting youngsters who will follow her advice without any guidance and end up being unhealthy.

No offence to anyone, but while people kept harping on Kareena, her body and her diet with Rujuta, I always found her to be kinda plump. Here might be why 😛

But yes, Rujuta doesn't know how to answer questions. One parent asked for dishes her child could cook and eat that are healthy, as the girl lives abroad. It looks like Alia was about to answer and she even said, good question! But then all Rujuta ended up saying was "cook". Ask her friends to cook. She is sorted. Total non-answer.🤔

wow what bullshit. You're rite, who are they fooling? the youngsters or the women who worship these celebs will blindly follow her now? that's sad.
You can't lose weight, be healthy and eat your junk food meaning you can't eat healthy and unhealthy food at the same time. she is advocating unhealthy food as healthy food so people can eat it guilt free and when they don't see results, blame it on their genetics or some other shit.

this rujuta woman is just after money, 5 lacks, really? I won't pay her 5 rupees. there are experts who know what they're doing and then there are people like her and the experts charge much less.

celebs should be responsible enough not to misguide the youth or public like this.

I can't even or won't even go into how bad sugar is + salt and this women is like yeah eat it. how bad gluten is and what it does to the body, also wheat, I mean seriously but of course she has to cater to the masses and advocate anything

john abrahm hasn't eaten bread in 14 years, you think he doesn't want to eat pizza or that he is gonna put on weight or get fat if he eats it once in a while? no, its not about that, its that its not healthy, its plain bad, what it does to your overall system, to your brain, the way you function, it all matters and for those who are serious about being healthy they follow it

I hope her clients have good metabolism. But my friend did lose weight eating khichdi, curd and 1 small spoon of ghee. Curd and moong has protein, ghee helps in digestion (it is natural laxative) and rice is easily digestible giving satiety. The key is not eat anything else with it. Moderation is good advice if you want to maintain weight. For reducing weight I am afraid this diet will be disaster. 😊

Rujuta herself doesn't look healthy. Being healthy is not just about being skinny. Her face looks so dull. Her skin looks tired. Her whole body looks tired and hung most of the time. I'm not trying to be rude but it's the truth. How does one trust a nutritionist when she herself looks so haggard.

I remember i read Kareena's Tashan diet and i was shocked when i read she is eating a partha in morning with ghee on it. And in lunch Daal/Sabzi/Roti/Rice and 2 Glasses of Milk everyday. And in Dinner she was like having Soup.
My main point is who the hell loses weight with ghee, paratha, milk and Banana?

OMG, this lady's advice is as bad as that advice I see in the infomercials where you can spread some oil over your stomach and lose "weight". Add sugar, salt is "good", don't think about macros (proteins/carbs/fats). Just eat in "moderation" with no definition of what "moderation" is. Alia is foolish for aligning herself with this woman
