Q-What's playing in your I-pod these days?
A-I am playing two extremes which are my favorites on my I-pod these days. One is rock music and the other is all the songs by R.D.Burman.

Q-Amongst the recent releases, 'Sunday', your film 'My Name is Anthony Gonsalves', 'Taare Zameen Par', 'Welcome', 'Halla Bol', which has the best music according to you?
A-I am still addicted to the music of 'OSO'. I feel that OSO has the best music so far. The songs are very musical to ears.

Q-Your all time favorite five songs….
A-My all time favorites are : 'Dilbar Mere' from Satte Pe Satta', 'Dewana Dil Deewana from 'Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa', 'Dil hai Mera Deewana' from 'Raju ban Gaya Gentleman', 'Tum Mile' from my name is Anthony Gonsalves' and 'Jaadu Teri Nazar from darr'. I can listen to all of them any time.

Q.Which type of music makes you happy?
A-I love music of R.D.Burman. I feel every creation of R.D.Burman is unique on its own.

Q.And which music irritates you?
A-I hate those types of songs which don't have the right tune.

Q.Music which provokes you to go on the dance floor……..
A-I listen to lot of rock music so I always feel like listening to that but not actually dancing (laughs).

Q.Which is your favorite romantic song?
A-Again I would like to name 'Tum Mile' from 'My name is Anthony Gonsalves'. Now- a -days it has become my favorite song.

Q.Do you like original songs or remix versions?
A-I love originality, so original songs are likeable for me.

Q.According to you, is today's music inferior, equal or superior to yesteryears' music?
A- I feel that some songs are better and some are comparative. If you will look back you will find that in the 60s, the music of the 50s was in and in the 70s era, the music of 60s was appreciated.

There are so many songs which are always remembered. And this happens in every era. And still this happens so we can't generalize the songs. -Rajnee Gupta
