What an amazing scene of Shivika at the dargah with the song matching their feeling perfectly.
I just watched it again and boy, it was pictured very well. Anika head to toe covered in black and Shivaay in a dark blue attire were looking hot.
The 'ehsaas' is very much alive and kicking in Shivaay who sensed Anika. As he had time to kill, followed her into the dargah without knowing it was her. Some feeling, gut or instinct if you will, had him walk slowly inside, feeling the calmness, the spiritual feelings envelop him in an embrace when he was lost, lonely, forgot to live life fully and was merely existing. He prayed with all his heart for he was missing a part of his soul, his body was missing a limb and did not know how much longer he could continue to survive like this.
Anika was and is a survivor, but this time it is with a broken heart. She has seen pain too many times but she is missing her soulmate, believing he is fine. What a shock to see the news that he has moved on in life, replaced her so easily. All they shared had no meaning and it was hollow. She refuses to think that of him, that he would forget her, their bond with such ease. She is surviving just with those memories when the world seems to be agains her as she is unable to find work.
Shivaay felt the soft cloth caress his face, like Anika did before she left. She touched his face and marked the contours in her memory. His prayers were answered and the object of his want, need was there, in the same place. He was in a trance like state when he entered the shrine and followed her like a person who was hypnotized, his feet taking him to her. Without any conscious thought or decision, he just followed the woman in black.
Anika too felt Shivaay and paused just outside the doors of the shrine when the wind blew. The wind directly pointed her out to Shivaay. The cloth flying and covering his face seems to me like she envelops him in her warmth, her love always. She is Shivaay's protector and without her he is bereft. The cloth covered his face and it was semi transparent where he know the truth partially but not the entire truth. He has to remove the veil over his eyes and see the truth that has been staring at him all this while.
Hoping that he does see that Anika could have never betrayed him, she must have had a good reason for saying all those things. His heart began to beat quickly, blood flowed in his veins and he felt alive for the first time in 3 months.
Anika was stricken at first, when Chanda's mother called out to her for the engagement. The MU in his eyes stiffened her spine, her resolve to argue. Her tears that never seemed to cease, stopped and she was alive, spirited in her defense.
Loved how they began bickering at first sight, neither giving an inch. They shed their egos, inhibitions in the privacy of their BR.
Shivaay's shades ...how many does he have? Loved this..one too..and when Khanna gives him the news that the chawl is sold to Summer... he races..there to destroy the sign. No one can claim ownership where his jaan resides.
I think Shivaay is now fired up and goes to jail or rather sentences himself to jail for he had sent Anika to jail for the chip leak. He rather enjoyed his stay and also his bros spent a night there. Rudy was trying hard to understand his bhaiya's motive and he did get it in the end.
We are only scratching our heads at the plot. Has it taken a U turn or been rewritten? Whatever the case maybe, am happy that Anika is back at OM.
Shivaay looked happy and his tone while speaking to Anika was quiet and casual. Hmm.. so we end the week on a good note. 😆😆
