Author's note-finally I am here with this update, yes I know I took pretty long time but what to do, everyone was asking something or others update and I wasn't getting time to updt this one. May be some guys forget the plot so, a quick Precap,ishita acting like she has forget everything about raman and her love which bloom in between them in last three months. Read ahead to know the reason behind her such behaviour. Here is the next update,enjoy.

Raman was sitting on the floor crying vigorously while ishita was trying hard not to cry in front of raman and his parents but tears were coming out of her eyes every now and then which she was busy in wiping them again and again.
Not able to see him crying anymore, ishita said-appa, whats happening here. Can u please tell him to go, I am having headache, I can't see him crying. Please tell him to go. Bhalla uncle please take him away. She said trying to be rude.
Toshiji cried and said-why r u doing this ishita, don't u remember he is ur raman. Jisko bachane ke liye tune goli khayi thi, u love him alot ishita puttar. Please don't do like this, mera bachcha mar jayega. Please dont do this.
Ishita looked away and called the nurse. Nurse came and ishita said-can u please tell them to go away. I don't want any noise here.
Nurse-what u all r doing here. Don't disturb the patient. Aap log please baahar jaiye.
Mr bhalla and toshiji hold raman, who was looking totally worn out and lifeless and took him outside while ishita cried seeing him like this. She hide her face in the pillow and cried. Her parent tried to console her but she shrug them off and said-just go from here, I don't want to see ur face. Chale jaiye yahan se.
Appa -amma cried hearing her words. Amma was about to say something when ishita said-i don't want to hear a word, just leave me alone, to die just like u left me two days before. Aap logon ki zid ne sab khatam kar diya, u finished me appa, u killed me amma. I will never forgive u for doing this to me. She said and turned her face while her parent cried hearing this from ishita.
They too went out only to see Raman sitting in front of the door while his parent pleading him to come with them.
Mr iyer look at bhallas with questioning eyes when mr bhalla said-he is not ready to go leaving her alone. I don't know what is happening with our kids, there ishita forget everything about raman and here raman is not ready to listen anything. I am not getting what to do. Matarani koi toh raasta dikhao. He said crying while Toshiji too cried hugging me bhalla. Mr and Mrs iyer too cried while Raman was sitting lifelessly void of any emotion.
On the other hand, ishita locked herself in the room, she too sat on the floor and cried.
Some hours passed like this, a nurse came to take ishita for test. She knocked the room ,ishita opened it and the nurse said-u have to come with me for some test.
Ishita nodded and came out with her only to see everyone sitting outside her room. Her eyes travelled from her parent to his parent and finally to raman, who was sitting on the floor curled in himself, his face was hidden between his legs. Ishita eyes got filled seeing him like this. She so want to crush hik inti herself taking all his pain but she closed her eyes suppressing the urge and went away.
She met the doctor and asked crying-kya kuch nahi ho sakta, doc. I can't see him like this. If u can't help me atleast kill me, or make me blind and deaf so that I can't see his pain, can't hear his cries. Please do something doctor, please. Shayad kisi ko mar kar bhi Itni takleef nahi hoti hogi jitni mujhe raman ko takleef mein dekh kar ho rahi hai. She said crying.
Doctor-please be calm, ishita.if u cry like this then ur stitches will be broken. Bahut takleef hogi tumhe ishita.
Ishita-jitni takleef abhi hi rahi hai, usse jyada takleef ho hi nahi sakti doc, please do something.
Doc -sorry dear, I can't do anything. Only u can do something. U can told him the truth. Seeing his love I am sure he will not be bothered by this truth.
Ishita-that I know, he loves me way too much to let me go for any reason. But I know I can't give him the happiness he deserve. It's better if he go leaving me alone. Yes he will be hurt for some day but soon everything will be fine.
Doc-u really think, he can be even fine without u.
Ishita-i don't know, I just don't know. She said while doctor conducted the test.
After the test, she came back seeing him sitting there only. She sat on her bed and cried.
Later at night, ishita got out of the room thinking all must have gone, but was shocked to see Raman still sitting there while their parents were not there. He was sleeping keeping his head on the wall and was shivering due to the cold floor and walls. Ishita get in and took her blanket, she covered him properly and said caressing his face-why Raman, why u r giving so much pain to urself. Please go away from me. I am not the ishita whom u have loved, please chale jaiye yahan se. Go and do ur job, enjoy ur life, shaadi kariye, bachche paida kijiye, enjoy ur life Raman. Mere liye mat tadapiye. Please raman go away. She said caressing his face lovingly and bend to peck his temple softly cautious enough not to wake him up but he said ishita in his sleep only.
She got up at once and ran inside befire Raman can open his eyes while he opened his eyes and looked around only to find none. He got up to see ishita thriugh the glass and saw her sleeping. He pushed the door and found it open. He went inside happily and sat next to ishita. He touched her bandage on her forehead and said-bahut tez chot lagi hai naa tujhe madrasan, I know but itni tez koi chot nahi ho sakti ki tu mujhe bhool jaaye. I know very soon u will remember everything, but jab tak mujhe sab yaad nahi aa jaata I will keep on coming to u. Phir chahe tu mujhse kitni bhi rudely baat kare, kitni bhi nafrat kare but I will keep on bothering u, coz I love u alot to let u go ishita. He said pecking her forehead lovingly. And then kept his head on the bed while ishita open her eyes and sobbed silently seeing his condition. Very soon both slept feeling peace around each other.
Soon time start passing, a week passed like this, Raman was always beside ishita while she always tried to sent him away from her. He started looking much pale and weak then ishita, coz he wasn't taking any care of himself, not allowing anyone to take care of him. Ishita was trying every method to send him away from her but he was adamant to be with her.
Finally ishita got discharged, she went to her room and sat down closing the door. Her parent tried to talk to her but she didn't talk to anyone. She was lost and sad. She was thinking ways to send Raman away from her. At a point, she even thought to kill herself but don't have the courage to leave Raman alone. She wanted him to enjoy his life forgetting about her but that wasn't happening making ishita worried for raman.
One night, she was sleeping when she felt someone's presence near her. She open her eyes and got shocked seeing raman sitting next to her caressing her face lovingly. She tried to close her eyes to feel his loving touch but she remember something and got up saying-what r u doing here raman.
Raman didn't answer her but hugged her tight saying-please ishita, let me be here or else I will die. Main mar jaunga tumhe mehsoos kiye bina. He said cupping her face only to make her realise that he is heavily drunk.
Ishita-aapne sharab pee hai raman. She asked cupping his face.
Raman -haan pee hai, coz I am dying to be with u but u r not allowing me, so I want to die, save me ishita. Hide me in urself ishita, ishita don't know how to react as she was also craving for his touch. She too want to crush him in her arms but controlled herself and said-please go away from here raman.
But he was nowhere to listen,he hold ishita by her waist and said caressing it hiding his face in crook of her neck -kyun kar rahi ho aisa mere saath ishita, u can't forget me jaan. Yaad karo main tumhara raman hoon. U love me alot. Mujhse bahut pyaar karti ho tum. Yaad karo ishita, yaad karo. He said hiding his face in crook of her neck.
She closed her eyes feeling his touch, tears were about to escape from her eyes, but just then she remembered the bitter truth of her life. She wiped her tears in a jiffy and said pushing raman a little-mujhe kuch yaad nahi hai, aur naa hi main kuch yaad karna chahti hoon. All I know u r standing in my room without my permission. Just go away before I call the police. Samjhe tum nikal jao yahan se. she said pushing him and he fell on the floor and fainted .
Ishita got worried seeing him and said-raman, raman, uthiye, kya hua aapko. She said trying to wake him up but he didn't moved. She cried and called her parent.
Soon doctor was called to check Raman. He checked raman thourougly and said-he is very weak, and was heavily drunk. That's why he fainted. And I think he didn't slept for many days, let him rest. He will be all OK. He don't need any medicine just rest and little care.
Mr iyer thanked the doctor and paid the fees. Bhallas tried to take raman to their house but Mr iyer said them to let him stay there only as he need complete rest.
Toshiji-bhalla ji aap chale jaiye, I will be with him. Don't know what is happening with my son. Kiski buri nazar lag gayi hai isse.she said looking at ishita while ishita ran to her room, throw herself on the bed and cried her heart out .
