Part 17
Ishita was lost in her thought when Raman encircled his arms around her making her more confused .She saw him while he spoke " Ishita where are you lost ".
I- kahin nahi ,bas aise hi .
R(still looking in laptop)- tell me something about aman,about his likes and dislikes ,his habits and all.
Ishita smiled fully and started narrating about their happy days ,Raman got surprised listening to her as aman was totally a different personality from him.
They talked for long after that they had their dinner and went to sleep .Raman told ishita to sleep in bed while he will sleep in couch .Ishita was shocked as well as hurt listening to him ,her eyes got teary listening to him ,she just saw him with questioning eyes ,he saw her tears and spoke ," ishita don't think other wise, I have to prepare a presentation which will take time and you will be disturbed if I will be beside you and one more thing I already told you na that I need some time ,please wait till I adjust with this new changes in my life ".
Ishita nodded and lays on bed ,Raman covered her fully with duvet and pecked her forehead lovingly .She smiled and closed her eyes while Raman went to couch to do his work .Though he was doing his work buy his eyes were on Ishita ,after sometimes he noticed that she had slept ,he too wrapped up his work and lays on couch ,actually he don't have much work but told this as he was feeling awkward to sleep with ishita in same bed .After she slept ,he too lays and closed his eyes to catch some sleep but his whole mind was filled with her thoughts ,he was thinking what he has done is right or wrong, though he had brought her as his wife but will he be able to fulfill her demands as her husband or not .Like this many thoughts were running in his mind ,some were positive expressing that he will make everything work positively and some were negative thoughts stating that may be he had done lil hurry in taking the decision , thinking all this he too drifted to sleep .
Some days passed ishita has settled nicely in Bhalla house ,her parents has also got a new appt in sane building and started living there. Senior Bhalla's and Iyers started growing a nice bond between themselves while ishita was happy getting the care of both mother's . She was happy but the only thing which was missing in her life was her love ,her aman .Though Raman has given her e very possible facilities ,every body is taking good care of her ,she get everything before she demands but non can fill the void of her love ,care and pampering which she is craving for .
It was about ten days after her arrival to Delhi ,Raman has left for office ,toshiji and simmi were busy in her work .Ishita was send to room tl rest but she was not feeling like resting ,she got up and thought to arrange her cloths and stuff in cupboard, thinking so she opened
Raman's cupboard to keep his cloths . She thought that she should arrange his cupboard also thinking it would be messy as per aman's habit but got surprised to see it beautifully arranged . She scanned the whole room along with his cupboard and recalled how she would clean and arrange whole house while aman was always throwing things here and there .She touched Raman's cloths and saw non of them where of her choice ,her eyes filled instantly recalling that Aman always wear and use things brought by her only .He always like those things which she likes ,his cloths ,his body perfumes ,his tie's ,his watches everything was as per her choice but here nothing was like that . She was still thinking when simmi entered the room ,she saw ishita and asked " ishita where are you lost ".
I- nowhere ,just thinking who has arranged this room .
S- bhai himself ,he don't like someone touching his things much but why are you asking .
I- will he be angry if I will do some changes here .
S- I don't think so ,if it will be me he will kill me but as you are his wife he will not say anything to you ,in fact he was ordering another cupboard for you .
I- another cupboard, but why I can arrange my cloths in this cupboard also ,see it has enough space .
S- offo ,I told you na ,bhai don't like to share his things .In morning itself he told that your stuff are still in your bag ,so he had ordered a new one for you ,wait till a day sweety ,tomorrow you will get new cupboard then you can arrange your things in it .
Though simmi has taken this lightly but it was not small thing for ishita . She dropped herself in bed thinking low and tears made their way from her eyes . She didn't bother to stop them ,she lays on the bed and all the moments she has spend with aman started floating in front of her eyes ,after that she recalled the time spend with Raman ,the differences in their behavior and the indifference in Raman's behavior ,she noticed that he has been taking good care of her and baby but never tried to come closer to her ,never initiated any intimate moment .All the day she spend in her room crying ,thinking and differentiating between Raman and aman .She didn't had anything in after noon saying she is feeling like throwing up and in evening also ,she denied having anything .
It was evening when Raman came from office and went to his room ,he saw ishita was sleeping .He became Lil worried noticing her sleeping at this moment as she never rest at this time. He went to her and called her name , listening to his voice she got up .He saw her and was shocked looking to her state ,her eyes were blood shed red while face was puffy due to continuous cries while a fresh tears made way from his eyes ,he sat beside her and asked trying to touch her face when she shrugged his hands and spoke straight
" I want to go back to my parents place ".
R(shocked )- why ,did something happened ,kisi he kuch bola kya .
She shook her head negatively, while he asked again ,cupping her face " Ishita please tell me what happened ".
I- (removing his hands from her face)-if you don't consider me as you wife ,then why did you bring me here ,if you have some doubt in me or my character why didn't you cross check it ,if you want you can do DNA .Aman I had shared myself with you and you can't even share your cupboard with me ,bolo main kaise rahoon aapke saath,if you don't want to live with me .
Raman corrected her again and spoke" its Raman not aman ishita ,you yourself don't want to come out from amans hangover that's why you are taking and thinking everything negatively. Ishita, had I ever told you that you are not wife or ,this is not my kid ."
She shook her head negatively while he spoke again " of I never told that then how come you can say ,DNA and all this rubbish .Let me clear, ishita listen though aman and Raman are one person but different personalities. Aman was a living person but created by you ,when you got him he was like a new born baby .I mean though he was grown up person but he was as unknown to world as a new born baby .it was you who taught him everything ,likes ,dislikes ,living habits , color ,food ,cloths everything ,his everything was decided and taught by you that's why his all things were as per your choice but Raman Bhalla is a different personality ,aman only has you as his family thats why his life revolves around you but here I have my whole family ,ma ,papa ,sister,friend everyone ,and you have to adjust with my family , I m a grown up man of thirty years who till now has lived life as per his choice .my fav.color, fav. food , fav.things everything and if you want me to change as per you in just ten days ,it's not possible Ishita .leave about me ishita just look at yourself , you are not yet habituated to call me Raman rather you still call me aman ,so if you cannot call me with my original name ,how can you expect me to change in just ten days .Ishita I already told you that I need time to accept you and baby in my life ,I accepted you both but yaar feel karne mein time lagta hai. achcha tell me had you started me ,I mean aman from the very first sight or had taken some time .
I(still crying )- I m sorry am..Raman ,I m very sorry .I thought ...
R- mat socho ,don't think so much ,its not good for you .see what you have done to yourself ,kuch khaya bhi nahi subah se ,yaar if you had some doubt's, why didn't you called me ,why you waited for me to return ,baby would be hungry na .
I- I thought you would be angry ,like you were that day on that reporter .
R- I agree I m bit different and rude but I can't take any chance with you and baby ,because though I don't feel much about you but you two are my responsibility and Raman bhalla never back off from my responsibilities.
I- you will never love me ?.
R- I hadn't told that either .kya jinki arrange marriage hoti hai so kabhi pyaar nahi karte.( the people who do arrange marriage never love each other ).
I- don't know .
R- buddhu .they do fall in love and I will also love you but you have to be bit patient.
Saying so he wiped her tears and pecked her forehead lovingly ,she snuggled into him whild he wounded his arms around her .
