actually this coma was not needed in DBO, and they didnot even show how gouri take care of omkara during coma. only for one episode (mainlly for the sake of IB)

nothing had to be changed. everything same before and after coma track

Mainly Misunderstanding bw om and gouri was not changed and now it is more MU

omkara feelings towards gouri was same and he wants to send her jail.

Characterization is also same no change in janvi, or bumma or gouri and omkara

So y they had shown this Coma .

Actually this coma track is forceful to compensate 3 month lapse of pare show. Tho was not at all needed in DBO for rikara and ruvya story.

Yeah good post this track was never needed they used it for leap only and it's good fake pregnancy was always there under the sleeves😆

There had to be a 3 months leap because of the leap in the parent show. But at that time neither Rikara nor Ruvya were in the condition that a leap could be accommodated, so they gave Om coma and Bhavya abduction track, so that after the leap Rikara and Ruvya can proceed from the same point where they were before the leap
