Did buamaa really believe Gauri

When Gauri told her that she wud never be able to conceive, she could make BM believe by making Dandi bhayya a fake doctor. Now she told BM that she is preganant with Oms child. Did BM buy that lie just like that. When Gauri fainted after giving this news, we saw BM muttering to herself that all this is Gauris drama and walked away. So I have a small doubt that BM does not believe Gauris pregnancy news and she has something else planned for which Gauri needs to be at OM.
