Shivaay's heart?

Hey guys,

In the Initial episodes when shivaay was hurt and admitted to hospital, they mentioned that he has some heart condition. Its from birth it seems as mahi also same condition. They take some regular medication for that.

It had been vaguely mentioned from the start of the show
altogether 4 to 5 times

He has a weak Heart thats what has been mentioned once or twice and like the members above have mentioned.!

But that tablets he eat are actually used to treat some gastro related ailments 😆 😆

Im very confused though, what's wrong with Shivaay's heart? Does he have any kind of condition?

Also was this ever mentioned before, because i think i might've missed it...
