They all do it. I heard RK did hair transplant .

Sallu's case is openly visible.

How come Male surgeries make them look better and females spoil their beauty?

One reason could be because men do it at later stage when they have better money and better access to surgeon. 😆

I think the male stars don't have too much pressure as the females. In that sense, not every actor has to be good looking, and no matter his age, he can find some role to do. Females aren't so lucky and have to be on their A game with looks. Therefore, some spoil their looks due to insecurity and wanting to look as good as they can. (irony)

I have noticed most male stars don't do so much drastic plastic surgery either. Botox and hair transplant seem to be the most reoccurring thing done.
