This lapse thing will spoil DBO

Just went through a post and got to know that probably from Monday we are gonna get post lapse episodes. I dont watch IB, but have an idea wot is happening there. I guess lapse wud be meaningful in IB, as I got to know that Anika wud be thrown out by Shivaay...pls forgive me if I am wrong. If IB goes for a lapse, then DBO also needs to bcoz the show needs to be in sync. But if u consider DBO alone neither Rikaras nor Ruvyas story is in a stage where it can go for a leap. How can Gauri stay in OM for 3 months stating those govt officials as the reason. And if shes not gonna find any clue abt Buamaa in 3 months, then how long will she take??? And in next 2 days I dont think anything solid wud happen concerning Rikara. Same goes for Ruvya. How long is Bhavya gonna stay at OM??? And can anything major happen in 2 days in case of Ruvya???

Exactly, there is no need for a leap in DBO esp at this point in time but I guess they will compromise DBO's storyline for IB. If they had to take a leap it would have been better had they shown Gauri leaving and OM and Gauri meeting after 3 months, that would have made a good story too but now, I am not sure how they'll introduce the leap since Gauri is back and basically there is no need of a leap.
