Why are mods not responding?

I have contacted mods for some query and it's been so long but not one global mod is responding or even the moderator of a forum is not responding...

If this site mods can't help the members then some self-serving options should be made. This is not done that so much of my time is being wasted while I keep waiting since too long for a mod to respond🥱
