Competetition btw Veer-Ria or girls gang?

Guys lately we have seen changes in interns and now Kabir mentioning about being a good doctor.
Do you ever think that they'll be rivalry between he interns themselves for 1 of the main doctor of SDCH later on with the name on the entrance's board after Dr. Kabir's name ?

Do you think siblings Veer & Riya will fight ? Or do you think rivalry may appear btw BFF Sanchi, Pragya & Isha ?

If cv's show thins kind of track it would be interesting to see how characters gonna deal it plus rivalry / competition this happen in any field right. 😊
