What is Avni's crime?

Avni is constantly referred as a criminal in the show. But what is her crime?

Neil does not have any proof that Avni has done the robbery and donated the money.

She did hid the fact that Amol hit Neil by car but that does not make her a wanted criminal.

Has Avni done some crime before the leap?

But nobody filed any FIR against her that she is hiding her identity or done harm to someone in Ananya's disguise, so Neil can't arrest

The way she is referred as criminal sounds like she has done some major crime

1. CASE 123 (dont think thats out though)

2. She was accuse of killing her mother (dont know what happen to that. of course its not true but she was accused)

3. Hiding her identity

Case 123 was regarding robbery and Neil is not aware the Avni is the robber. I am not sure if hiding identity is a criminal offence as she has not misused her new identity for any wrong stuff. Again is Neil aware Avni was accused for killing her mother?

I am wondering on what basis Neil wanted to arrest her. If her only crime is hiding identity then Neela can easily get her bailed because it does not sound like a serious offence.

Wasn't she accused of killing her mother ? Was that proved that she wasn't the murderer ? If not then she is still a criminal though we know she is innocent. In that case I guess she can be jailed for murder but Neil knows the truth and he didn't arrest her but decided to find out the truth and arrest the real culprit.
