hmm.. we do have MOTW but it is different
to what you have mentioned. the idea is pretty
good but can you be a bit more specific about
your idea.

I mean that we can have a member of the week. i mean that if for example one member makes a very nice and useful posts and contests and stuff then we can give them an applause by making thread for them like" this week's member of the week is........... that way we can thank them for the stuff they did.
