Yes, she hires local talent and technicians so she is distributing money by creating jobs. There's no industry there so who knows how much she will make from it, probably not much but whatever it is will be invested in more regional projects. If she's influential enough to get things named after her/her family then kudos her for reaching that position. She came from no where and can do all that... amazing!
