Sheetal had ordered for the food to be delivered at home as she had anticipated that Dadi will ask her & Khushi to do their first cooking at the Raizada mansion.
Dadi calls Khushi & Sheetal: Since both of you are the daughters-in-law of this house, you need to prepare food for us today.
Khushi + Sheetal: Fine, we will do it.
The doorbell rings. Sheetal opens the door. The food is delivered. Sheetal sets the table quickly & tears off the bill. Khushi enters the kitchen & finds a strange smell. Sheetal had put the scent to the kitchen so no one can make it out. Khushi lights the stove but it does not get lighted. Khushi suddenly gets choked & starts coughing. Everyone comes to the kitchen to see what is happening. The kitchen is now surrounded with fire.
Arnav shouts: Khushi.
Khushi: Arnav, Ranveer, Ranvijay, please help me.
Sheetal smirks. Khushi faints. Arnav goes to the kitchen & carries Khushi, thereby saving her life.
Ranvi & Gunjan calls the fire brigade.
Arnav carries Khushi to the room. He said, "Open your eyes Khushi. I know that you are a good girl though we have been quarrelling very often. You are very smart and efficient which I have noticed but I have never said that. I have been quiet and have not been speaking to you as our marriage took place all of a sudden. I have definitely said there is no such thing between us because our marriage has been a compromise. You are a right hand to me not only in the office but also in my personal life. Dadi needs you. Everyone in the house needs you. I need you. You cannot leave us like that."
He then reminisces the words that he had uttered to Khushi saying, "Stop giving importance to yourself. Whether you live or die, it does not make any difference to me."
Arnav: I am sorry for uttering these words.
He then pulls Khushi towards his chest. Ranveer calls Dr. Preity on emergency. She comes to RM.
Ranveer: You said that you want to see my sister personally. She is here.
Dr. Preity: She has to be admitted to the hospital immediately.
The Raizadas admit Khushi to the hospital. Akash tells Sheetal, "I know it is your work. I understand that you have done it for my Big B but at the cost of causing loss to my love. If anything happens to her, I will hand you to the cops."
Sheetal: I didn't do anything.
Ranvi: Oh really, then how did you prepare the dishes so quickly?
Sheetal: I had done that well in advance.
Gunjan: But I have seen you placing an order over the phone. When you tore the bill, I collected the pieces & joined them.
She shows the bill to Ranvijay who says, "It is between you & Akash but if anything happens to my sister, I will not leave you."
Gunjan goes to Ranvijay & said, "Sheetal will not agree like that. There is a CCTV recording. I think we have to go home and check."
Ranvijay & Gunjan to to RM and put on the CCTV to find out the evidence.
Arnav & Ranveer are busy with the hospital formalities.
Ranveer: Dadi should not know about it as she can get another heart attack.
Arnav: Yes you are right.
Ranveer then tells everyone," I have a good news for all."
He introduces Dimple to the Raizadas & said, "Dr. Preity is also a cardiologist. She said that Khushi's heart can be cured."
Dr. Preity examines Khushi & comes out with the report. She said, "Khushi has to get her heart transplanted at the earliest as this incident has worsened her condition."
Arnav feels the pinch. He said, "Please make my wife alright."
Dr. Preity: We need to arrange for the donor at the earliest.
She goes to another ward & sees that Lavanya had met with a serious accident. She is shocked to see her friend & sita besides her.
La: I know that I won't live long after this accident. So I want to donate my heart to someone who -needs it. Please don't say nothing will happen to me as I myself am a doctor. This is my request. I had pledged that long before.
Preity: Your request is granted.
La dies. Preity tests Khushi & La's heart & is happy that their hearts match. The Raizadas are tensed.
Dr. Preity: I have a good news for you. I have got the donor. One of my patients have donated the heart before dying.
Dr. Preity starts with Khushi's operation after dressing up Arnav's wounds.
