Seeing his clothing and the ear ring I'd say this looks like a shot from an early epi...

At least, we should hope he doesn't smoke in real life... for we'd like to have him with us for a long, long time 😊

Granny he smokes in real life and jigyasa herself said that she doesn't like this habit of manish.. we have also seen in the offscreen clips where manish was smoking..
