Sanjay Dutt Biopic postponed to 2018

Sanjay Dutt Biopic is one of the most awaited films of the year. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, the film features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.

Dutt was scheduled to release during Christmas this year. However, the sources close to the film has revealed that it will be postponed to 2018. Reportedly the film will not be ready on time as a lot of portion is still left to complete. The team is yet to shoot the major America schedule. And then there will be an extensive post production work.

The makers are now targeting the April 2018 for the release of the film which has become a hot season after the release of Bahubali 2 The Conclusion. On a related note, Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer Robot 2.0 might also postpone to April 2018.

Rajkumar Hirani's untitled biopic based on Sanjay Dutt, where Ranbir Kapoor will be seen playing the iconic star, is one of the most awaited films of the year. But here's some bad news. The biopic, which will chronicle Sanjay's journey from his early days to his release from Yerwada prison, was initially scheduled to release during the Christmas weekend this year. Much to his fans' dismay, the film will now release at the end of March next year. Sigh!

Did You really believed this movie had any chance against Salman Khan with Katrina? Those PR articles with RK looks like Sanjay Baba is not enough to hype a movie against a Salman Khan movie. Whatever kind of money they want to earn. its better to get a solo release
