*Article* MeghNal visits Nagpur to celebrate success of ESS

A story about two daughters who are striving to uphold their mother's honour, COLORS' Ek Shringaar... Swabhimaan has been winning the viewers' hearts across the country. Since its launch, Ek Shringaar... Swabhimaan has become one of the top-rated shows on Indian television, given its endearing storyline that highlights relationships fostered between Sharda (Prachee Shah Paandya) and her daughters Meghna (Sangeita Chauhan) and Naina (Ankita Sharma), even after they're married to brothers Karan (Sahil Uppal) and Kunal (Samridh Bawa). To celebrate the show's success alongside eager fans, Sangeita Chauhan and Sahil Uppal, two of the lead protagonists of this fiction drama visited Nagpur today. Ek Shringaar... Swabhimaan, produced by Sooraj Barjatya's Rajshrl Productions airs every Monday to Friday at 9:3opm on COLORS.

Speaking about portraying Meghna's character Sangeita Chauhan said, "Meghna's character has seen a huge transformation since the show's launch; she is willing to go to any length to restore her mother Sharda's Swabhimaan. But, at the same time, she also recognizes her mother-in-law's lack of power in the house and is channelling her energies towards establishing it with Kunal's support."

Elaborating on her very first visit to Nagpur, she said, "I am a foodie at heart and am looking forward to taste some of the delicious Saoji cuisine during my visit to the city. I'm also delighted to greet my fans and well-wishers here."

Commenting on his experience of essaying Kunal, Sahil Uppal said, "Kunol is the model son " he wants to keep everyone happy, especially his wife Meghna. He loves his wife immensely, and is grateful that she is fighting for his mother Nirmala's rights in the house. I am a Delhi boy, so the Nagpur culture and local experience is very new to me. With Sangeita giving me company on this trip, I am looking forward to having a lot of fun and taking back boxes of Orange Barfi for our friends, family and colleagues in M umbai!"

Speaking about the show's success, producer Sooraj Barjatya from Rajshri Productions said, "Ek Shringaar... In an exlusive interview with NagpurINFO, Sangeita Chauhan and Sahil Uppal said, they feel great to be a part of such show.

NagpurINFO: Tell us something about your character?

Sangeita Chauhan: Meghna is a girl who is very ambitious girl and who believes in saving her mom's prestige. She is someone who loves her mom and sister and can do anything for them.

NagpurINFO: How is your experince with the other characters of the show?

Sahil Uppal: My experience till now is very good. I get to learn something or the other everyday. Our senior actors are very strong which brings out the best in us on sets.

NagpurINFO: What is the difference between your real and reel life?

Sangeita Chauhan: There is no such similarity between my real and reel life. In reel life I'm a person who is very ambitious and independent. But sometimes during few scenes, i feel like ya, this action of Meghna is similiar to Sangeita.

NagpurINFO: Tell us something about your character?

Sahil Uppal: Kunal is someone who always supports what is right and is very romantic. He is someone who believes in having patience in any situation.

NagpurINFO: How does it feel being here in Nagpur?

Sangeita and Sahil: It feels great! Actually nagpur is very hot as comapred to Mumbai.
