I guess it's Sahil... He is deliberately spoiling Sanjana's name so that their marriage stops...
Or else it can be Niharika too... Niharika can use Ranveer's Ex coz she might know how much he hates her...
Once SumVeer's marriage is broken... It would be clear that Ranveer won't marry Sonali... So it would be good chance for Niharika's Come Back...
Even Sindhura says She will be using Sonali Just to break SumVeer... Uske Baad she will throw Sonali too from Ranveer's life...

But as you said it can be Niharika too... Coz Niharika is Ranveer's Best Frnd... So she knows how much Ranveer hates his ex...
She can Use Sonali to break SumVeer and after all these drama it would be clear that Ranveer won't marry Sonali and it can be Niharika's come back in Ranveer's life...
More over I feel Sonali just wants to take revenge from Ranveer as she thinks he is the reason behind her break up with abhishek...
So she just wants to break SumVeer... so that in d end she again insults him and just leave...
Coz she said she can never love Ranveer... All of a sudden I don't see her falling for Ranveer
