I was surprised to see the comments.. many of you said that you were expecting Geet to give her food to Maan..Why? just see the difference in two situations..That day geet and Maan were having their lunch break and had time to converse and share their lunch..but now situation was completely different.. Geet was on duty and Maan was on his rounds..She could not go behind him to give food holding her tiffin box in her hands..She had to come back on her duty... But her gesture was sweet enough that she too did not have her dinner..Something is still connected within their hearts...

It was wee hours and Geet's duty was over..dadi was awake as her sleep was already complete,, She was old so had a habit to get up early and secondly she was tired of taking rest so woke up early..
She saw Geet arranging her stuff
Sister aye you going?

That morning dadi got discharged and dr. gave lot's of instructions to Maan in front of dadi

Maan was operating on the patient... Geet was among the team who were assisting him.. and as usual case was critical .. the patient had been brought there by getting hopeless from everywhere .. maan never knew to say when it was related to a patient.. How he could deny to give life to any lifeless heart when he had that ability in him..but as a result .. He had to do lot of extra efforts and always a risk was involved in that situation..Maan never liked to lose his patients. But whenever it happened he felt so much helpless and sad that he had to skip his meals that day.. and he was more determined after losing his patient to save his future patients.. and This quality of him was making him more and more favourite of the families of the patients..And the spirit of never give up in him brought his patient back from the clutches of death today too.. he was tired but was so calm that he was again was the reason of the smiles of a family..With a smile he accepted the wishes from every team member...
He was sitting in his office and he heard a knock and he knew who it was..

Geet kept his coffee at his table...

It was almost night and Maan reached home fully exhausted..he hadn't slept properly for two days and now feeling completely tired.. he went to see dadi and was shocked to see her..Dadi was trying to take the glass from the side table.. which was kept little away from her reach.. She was weak and was trying to get up from the bed but she could not stand and fell back on bed.. She was going to hit her head with the bed post but before that Maan held her
Dadiii... what are you doing?
I need water Maan..She held her head which was spinning now

Where is Sam? .. Why she is not here?

I need a nurse for dadi who can look after her for few days.. it's urgent please..

Oh God.. this is not enough.. now what should I do? She looked in to the fridge to find some leftover food but nothing was there..Not even dough to make the roties.. she looked at her nails.. if I try to make the dough then i m sure my nail paint is going to be ruined.. it's not completely dried yet..Hmm Idea..
and she was happy now as she had got some idea ..
Maan was with dadi and was waiting for the nurse.. he looked in to his watch .. It was one hour he called the hospital for nurse.. He was reading some book to find the treatment for one of his patient..
Geet... he heard dadi's excited voice
And he turned towards the door..Geet was standing there with her bag..He went near her..

Actually she was coming but she received a call from her home..her mother has slipped down from the stairs.. and her back is injured so I have been given this duty..

Dadi was little sad to hear Geet.. She too had a DIL now but she was not able to take care of her ..and now in these two days behaviour of Sam was telling her clearly that she was not at all interested in the house and her resonsibilities..
And after listening to Geet her fear increased... What if same happens with them? And for the first time she realised in her heart that some where she was wrong to chose her ..but before marriage Sam behaved very well and nicely with her so she thought that she was a nice girl..but her experienced old eyes were wrong to judge that girl..may Be Maan was right to judge her ...
She inhaled deep and looked at Maan and felt bad for him..
Maan called Sam and asked her to bring dinner for dadi... He had ordered the cook to prepare very simple dinner which dadi could have easily.. Sam brought the food for dadi and went back..She was not bothered now as the nurse was there and dadi was now her responsibility..
Geet helped dadi to have her dinner..
Maan was somewhere more relieved to see Geet there as he knew her well .he knew that she would care for dadi just like her family member..
Sam I will be back after getting fresh..You serve the dinner ..
Ok Maan ..and she left..
He came back and went to see dadi.. She was talking to geet and geet was replying patiently to her questions..
Sam came and asked Maan to come for the dinner... Sisiter I will bring your dinner here..Just wait for few minutes..
Sam... why here? Dadi said before Maan could say anything..Take her with you. She can have her dinner comfortably at table..How she will have her dinner? She can eat as much as she wants..yahaan kaise laaogi?

Sam was tongue tied hearing Maan... She was seeing a different Maan after marriage..She thought him to be a doctor only who was always busy in his work and did not bother for anything else as she had not seen him talking to anyone ..Not even to dadi whenever she was here before marriage..but she was wrong..he was the man who could raise his temper high seeing anything going against his will.
And she realised that the dreamy life which she had imagined with a rich and successful doctor after marriage was not possible here..
Geet joined them few minutes later..She was hesitating to join them but Maan asked her to take a seat..Sam opened the dishes
Sister This is for you... and she passed one dish to Geet..
and maan looked at the dish first and then with a shocking expression at Sam..

After finishing the dinner geet left for dadi's room after thanking Sam for the dinner..
Sam I will be sleeping in the room near of Dadi's room.. It's just first day after hospital. She may need me.. Maan informed Sam..
But Maan... this is our first night after the wedding that we are together..

N.no thanks..i will sleep in my room.. She knew that the room which he was going to use to sleep was very small and it had only single bed..She was not in mood to sleep on floor after leaving the comfort of Maan's huge and well furnished room..
Maan moved towards Dadi's room leaving fuming Sam behind..he did not bother about her as she knew that he did not want this wedding but she did not even think about him once and was ready to marry a person who did not like her..he was just a scapegoat for dadi in the name of the wish of his deceased son and sam wanted to use him as a puppet but he was not that weak man.. He surrendered because he did not want to lose dadi -His only family, but after this he was not responsible for anything ..and he was not going to think over it now in future too..
He was not at all an irresponsible person and did not want to be rude to Sam but she was such an irritating woman that he was not able to hold his anger seeing her irritating acts..
