Yesterday in Priyanka's bedroom when Jhanvi brought the clothes and jewelry for Gauri, you could see how genuinely happy she was that her son had got himself a good wife. U can tell she's sincerely welcoming Gauri into the family.

Then there's Pinky, so completely the opposite of Jhanvi. She has become more and more mean every episode and has no qualms being that way in front of others, except her son of course.

I wish they will just merge the 2 shows as a single 1 hour serial so we can continue to see the contrast between the 2 mothers/mothers-in-law. That way at least there may be hope that Pinky will become sane again.

In fact, I wish the 2 shows will merge and we can continue to see the whole Oberoi clan interact more - especially the brothers.

I might sound mean, but the writers have literally made many people including me, hate pinky. I sincerely hope that they give her a proper punishment as well! Or maybe she could die out of guilt!

But Jhanvi, her character is as womanly as herself. I loved her since the starting, and she is such a great Mom and a mother in law! I so wish that Jhanvi was Shivaay's mom as well!

Yeah a good idea to merge the two shows together into an hour . It will be great to see the love of the the three brothers and the lovable interaction of Anika and Gauri .

I think they have shown this right from the beginning.. Yes Pinky is hateful now but right from the beginning when Shivaay insulted Annika and called her dirt the first time, Pinky was mean as well..

Shivaay's NKK was ingrained by her itself and that was so clear

In fact right from the beginning a forum member had pointed out that Jhanvi gave such a good upbringing to her kids..

Shivaay has changed a lot now after he fell in love with Annika..

Also in the previous episodes Shivaay said that Pinky doesnt love him but she loves teh fact that she is given more importance as Shivaay's mother

I agree. Jhanvi is a much more grounded person, she has morals although she has significicant flaws too. As a mother, she is great compared to Pinky to an extent, but I genuinely believe she has made some bad mistakes e.g. Tej. The way her and Tej constantly fought and were at each others throats had such a negative impact on her kids, the biggest being most visible upon Omkara. Shivaay, on thr other hand.. his case is awesome because he transformed from an angry, young man with a class-conscious, money-minded mother to an ishqbaaz.. 😳

In terms of Maha Sangam, same, same. I really wish there was just an hour of DBO/Ishqbaaz.. but doubt this will happen. I'd prefer atleast one MahaSangam a week, that way it will all still be integrated.. O'bro moments and hopefully AniRi bonding too. Just something to look forward too😛

Any girl would want a mother in law like janvi she is so grounded she knows whats best for her son...and Haiti is perfect for om janvi only wants her son happiness and on other hand pinky just want her own happiness...her own selfish reason which mother wants their son to separated from the wife.

Truly I want the Shows to merge now that we have the Love stories in the same timeline and make it one hour. I want to ShiVika, AniRi,ShiOmRuAniRiPri and also Dadi and Bua. Pinky was suppose to be Grey - hate it that they made her a typical saas.

I agree! Jhanvi is way better than Pinky and she is also more understandable. :)
From the beginning of IB, it was always Pinky who use to taunt Jhanvi and picks on fights. I use to think Pinky may have a grey character but now she has completely turned negative. Her deeds are not even forgivable and she deserved to get punished for everything she has done. 😈

I don't mind if IB and DBO merge; as longest writers can manage to present good episodes like Yesterdays's Mahaepisode episode, on daily basis. :)
