Does Karan really have a Dieasease?

After this track where Sandhya mixed something to make it look like Naina got allergy from Karan, I now really doubt if karan even has a disease. I just think its Sandhya who is making it look big and making it worse by mixing chemicals to karan and giving wrong medicine 😕

I also doubt if Karan really has any disease or Sandhya has made it look like he has by giving him outdated medication making it worse. Maybe Karan had a simple allergy and Sandhya took advantage of this making it look like some skin disease or Sandhya purposely made him ill with something and kept adding to his illness with the outdated medication . If Karan really had a skin disease which was contagious than how did Naina not contract it from him even after he touched her? Sandhya maybe knows that nothing will happen to anyone even if Karan touches them as he is not contagious so she wanted to make it look like he is by mixing chemicals in Naina's hand moisturizer.

Sandhya has been responsible for Karan's medical treatment so maybe there has been some foul play with the doctors. She could have bribed the doctors to lie about the skin disease and also prescribe medication which she has been playing with.
