Really? What could be thought as a mere accident if it were to be exposed as a cold blooded murder & if Maya exposes it, the obvious questions are
How did she come to know ?
What is the link between her & Samay?
And more importantly what does she gain by stopping Saanjh's marriage which she wanted?
Does it help to have an enemy in Samay or a friend in Samay?
If Samay 'sings' in police interrogation, maya will also be in soup! On the other hand, if he takes her advice seriously he will be demanding his pound of flesh for his silence!

An intelligent Maya will think twice before doing it, one hopes!
