I think the main problem is with us, the audience.

If we like what a celebrity says, we go on praising..wah wah kya baat hai.

But if we don't like it, we say 'celebrity hai toh, actor.actress hai toh acting hi kare na, mooh khol ne ki kya zaroorat hai, attention seeker, you have no need to give opinion about everything'

But again if someone wants to keep mum, then again we bash the person..you are a celebrity, you should have an opinion..specially if it's an social issue or national issue.

So the the thing is, no matter what they do you can't make all happy.

We face the same thing in our lives also. Whatever you do, there will be bunch of people to criticize you.

All the stay mum comments, backlash, go to Pakistan slogans r mostly reserved for khans.. Among actors..

There may be exceptions.. But it's mostly them

Parineeti gave a smart and sensible response. Even Ayushman Khurana made good points.

While people should be involved and aware of national interest topics, many international affairs are complicated, nuanced, and have behind the scenes information that lay people may not know. Some people are highly opinionated and comment on everything. But media should applaud people like Parineeti who know that they are not thought leaders in certain areas.

I agree with both Pari n Sushant. .like why one need to answer or know everything about everything. Loving your nation is one thing but why one needs to prove it by knowing what's happening, what happened n why happened. ! There is something called having interest.

A public figure need not to know about everything just for the sake of it..High time these stupid media understand n let them breath.
