Dehradun IS a cold place . Went there for 10 days after my 12th board exam . It was the month of May and we need to wear sweaters at night. 😳

Oh then , honestly I don't know πŸ˜•. I went there on 2012 .
But I live in a rather warm place . Peak temperature at daytime is 37-38 here . So is it more than that in a hilly area like Dehradun ?
But could be actually, globe warming is weird . It's effects are not equal everywhere .
