Its the IBN segment. Anika accepts NT as her maa at the dining table in front of everyone to trap her. There's another scene where anika would almost fall out of character and about to bash NT but shivaay pulls her away before she gets to NT. Shivaay pushes her against the wall with his hand on her mouth. She's kinda looking at him dreamily, a little bit so maybe it'll turn into an eye lock or something. Hope so
