Sorry I may not be able to post everyday as I have been hospitalised due to my brain tumour relapsing. Hospitals are boring though & I'll be here for quite some time so I'll try to pop by often. Hope that everyone will continue to post & increase this forum rank!
Guys, btw add BKK forum to 'my forums' by clicking on the star above.😃
Things I liked (MON & TUE)
1. Myra accepting the proposal without Akshay even proposing. What a cool way to reverse the gender stereotype that a man has to be the one to propose & get down on his knees etc.
Of course, I didn't like Myra's decision per se because she agreed out of her heartbreak due to Kabir's supposed betrayal. And I love that Abha or BKK for that matter was not quick to point Myra's decision as wrong. Her practical reasons for wanting to marry are fair, even though she does not love Akshay. And yes one can fall in love after marriage. The only problem is that all of us know a third wheel is involved in the form of Kabir who constantly tugs at Myra's heart, & that is what makes this 'wrong'. That little bit with a teary-eyed Myra thinking of Kabir was BEAUTIFUL.
2. Rhea/Nikhil's little escapade at the apartment. LOVE how premarital sex is not looked upon as a big taboo in BKK. Couples do it before marriage & there is absolutely nothing wrong about it.
3. A chashmish, shy-looking man like Nikhil is much more daring than an army officer like Akshay who couldn't muster the courage to propose. Looks can be deceptive & not everyone has to look a certain way to be a certain way.
3. Aryan is back. I didn't like how he was simply in the background in the past few episodes. This boy needs dialogues & more screen presence for he is the true man of the house & the voice of reason. LOVE that he spoke up for Kabir & got Myra/Abha thinking.
I think Kabir will be back with a bang soon. I miss him though. I am pretty sure he is going to return with good news for the Kohlis. 😃
P.S I don't want anyone being sad. I'll fight till my last breath. ❤️
Cheers,
Samridhi
