Recap:
Khushi a orphan whose parents died during an accident.
She had a brother who left her and went to US.she has 2 friends . raman and shagun. they both r very close to each other..
Khushi during an accident has an partial memory loss where she couldnt recollect her college days.
The story first starts with ishra marriage where khushi meets arnav. eventually anjali(arnav's di) ask him to give a job which leads her to work under him.
On working a day in arnav's house she meets akash( khushi's brother) where they identifies khushi and they reunite. Khushi forgives all of them. in this time shyam(anjali's husband) tries to speak with khushi but khushi avoids him. elders fix arshi marriage and akgun(akash and shagun) marriage. Khushi first refused but was forced to marry due to arnav as he blackmailed. Raman was angry at her as he knows what arnav did to her. some days passes where akgun leave to US for shagun to persuade her education. On a day khushi was preparing for her mba where shyam tried to misbehave with her. she immediately went and told the family members but they all didn't believe. Arnav seeing anjali upset blasted at khushi where khushi breaks down into tears. She had a strong perception that she had some link of present and past. She faints as she starts recollecting what happened in college. Khushi and arnav loved eachother and due to shyam they were separated . shyam was misbehaving with khushi where she thinks to finish him off by creating a proof. She was acting for the proof with shyam but arnav assumes her wrong. She asks arnav manytime to believe her but he didn't listen at all. In the last day of college khushi was walking behind arnav where he was crossing the door. Khushi without noticing the car starts walking where the car hits her. arnav admits her to the hospital and he cames to know the truth through raman and ishita. he thought to keep her happy by staying away. So he comes out of her life. she slowly recovers. At the other side ishra's love story is shown.
Khushi once recollecting couldn't do anything. she don't know what to do so she left to raman's house. there she enquired raman for this happenings and raman came to know the truth about her memory. Khushi decides to go out and she leaves to Shimla. Arnav finds her during a college reunion trip and convinces her and reunites with her. it is revealed that he married her for saving her from shyam as he was planning something more evil.
Ishra and arshi leave to U.S for a trip and to stay with akgun. Ishita was also pregnant so raman was taking full care of her.
There khushi was kidnapped by someone where she escapes and while running she sees her uncle. she asks her uncle to take her to arnav and akash where the uncle took her to the isolated place where he starts scolding shyam and suraj(villain). There they see another khushi tied. All were shocked. that khushi tied was known to be khushi's twin sister ankita. This is where past was revealed where ankita was separated from he rparents by uncle. uncle had planned to kidnap khushi for money. This is where every truth comes out and it was also revealed that suraj was ankita's husband where he mistook khushi as ankita in the past and tried to hug her but khushi complained to the police. so all this misunderstanding were cleared. Uncle was arrested and shyam died. ankita and khushi bond was shown and later arshi left to goa and ishra to munnar. The last episode shows with arshi and ishra return from that place and arnav planning a surprise for khushi.
