There is a small, envelope like thing next to all threads. It is either blue or pink in colour. A thread is initially blue, and remains blue. It turns pink if it gets 250 views or 25 replies.

When it comes to calculating activity points, pink threads count while more blue threads means less points, because I-F takes into account average number of views and responses.

That is why we try to turn all blue threads pink, and continue more and more pages of discussion on a thread whenever possible.
