Why does Salman Khan always launches talentless people?

Heard he is launching Mouni Roy and his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, both of them doesn't seem like BW material and it looks like they will be done and dusted as soon as they make their debut in BW, although I like Mouni but I don't think she doesn't have that good screen presence for BW. Before he launched mostly few non-talented people so far like Sneha Ullah, Zarine Khan, Daisy Shah, Sana Khan, Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha, Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty, almost all these people couldn't do well on their career except for Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha but even those actresses are not that talented.

Shravan kumar kaha hai maryada purushottam thode hi kaha hai...lol...it is quite clear his entire family eats n lives off of his earnings...even adult siblings n now husbands of siblings too
