eh.. I think he would do the same for Karan. I think he just gets frustrated with Karan for not living the way he wants him to. The same way Dadu keeps insulting NK for not being the way Dadu wants him to be. Like in the spoiler-- Dadu was complimenting NK but that had to add a "magar" that NK could've done things differently etc. That made NK mad that Dadu always has to find something to criticize in him even when Dadu's praising him.
