Me is back again today.
First thing first - one day in Ladno equals to one week in reality. Phew that was a long day!!
It's the thing we love the most that destroy us -- for Kanak, it's her Bhabho.
The games we play the lies we tell, to achieve what we need. Kanak has played her game aptly, she is innocent and but not naive.. she is sweet but with her bitterness.. she is smart yet she gets caught.
No matter how much Kanak is scared of her Raavan, she leaves no chance to fall in his arms. Kanak is desperate to get the key off him, she spots the curtains half on the floor and half hanging. She makes up her mind, walks toward him, purposefully gets her foot caught in the curtain and falls in his arms. While he is busy catching her, she twist and keeps moving in circles. And gets the key off him. The depiction was flawless, they looked like a dancing revolving couple in a glass globe. US was lost in her, and she got the key unhooked. Together yet distant more than ever.
The family sees them entangled, Massi maa asks someone to rescue them.. Palomi has a sudden fit and she brings a knife to rip through the fabric. She hacked with force and mercilessly. Massi maa had a smirk on her face, does she really enjoy people suffering, or is if satisfaction which is derived when people are shown their true place. This woman has a lot of different shades under her chunri, yet she accuses Kanak of being conniving. Massi maa is shown talking ill about Kanak, not directly but installing/feeding ideas in Maa's head that Kanak is secretive and is hiding something. She even checked the locker, and finds the anklet there and wonders why Kanak lied. She alleges that Kanak has done some mantra on US, that US is going Gaga over her, and actually cut her sentence, to let her go change.
Kanak goes off to get the papers, she locks the door of the lab/library and struggles with the lock of the treasure chest - the lock is as complicated as its owner 😆 she manages to open and get the papers.. she read them and sees Bhabho's thumb print and US' signatures. The papers suggest that US is the rightful owner, but she is going to see a lawyer to get them fixed - some logic required here, dear girl Kanak you are educated enough to read through the papers, yet you want to get them fixed. Don't you realize for a second that maybe the shop was rightfully sold, did you confirm with anyone. You just went off on a secret mission, got married there (unwilling though ) played games in the house and when you hold the papers they don't seem yours. You are taking actions in the heat of the moment, you know that stealing is a crime, yet you do it- that my dear is your downfall. Your parents are the idols of truth, and they certainly won't approve of this. Stealing successfully doesn't make you their daughter. But standing up for your right and honor does.
Moving on Rathi family, they have some light moments going on. Some rishta people have come for Golu, and they choose Vansh by mistake. It was a fun scene to watch, a break from the crazy madness.
Kanak goes to her room and ties up a saree to escape and is about to put the papers in her bag, when Uma Shankar enters holding a box.
Precap- Uma Shankar makes her wear a necklace which has her name. He turns her to see, and the key falls to the ground. He is shocked to see it.
P.s - massi maa is as said before a typical vicious saas, who is rattled by the change of equation in her so called son's life.
Palomi on the other hand showed the crazy obsession on her part... she wouldn't bear to see US and Kanak near.
How well can Kanak lie to Uma Shankar?? I am having mixed feelings about the episode.
