In kv's insta story, there was a hospital scene in which a lady was lying on d bed & Arjun was sitting beside her. & kv was doing masti saying "meri jaan bachaane ke liye shukriya bcoz of u I m alive today".😆
& called that lady mumma. So, that lady would be Rocky's mother who would be asking Ritik to save her son.
