The women of Gokuldham tell Chalu Pandey about their husband's being innocent, but the later asks them not to create a ruckus in the police station, rather get their husband's information written in the logs.
Pandey's juniors come out of the cell and tell him that the thieves are not accepting the truth, just when Pandey asks them to use third degree and get the truth out of them. Jethalal and the rest of them get scared.
Daya listens to her husband's voice from inside along with the rest of the women, when Popatlal informs Pandey that it is his friends from the society. The men are then called outside and they are happy to unite with their wives. They are all happy to see Chalu Pandey outside.
Inspector Rathore narrates the entire incident to inspector Chalu and the rest of them. When Jethalal and Bhide try telling their side of story, then Chalu asks for the key of Sodhi's friends' car, which he doesn't have.
Chalu sends Rathore and Sodhi to the highway again to check if the car they are talking about is there or not.
