The logic behind Aryaan being shown Bihaan's lookalike

My thoughts : I suppose Aryaan is opposite Bani and Bihaan has died in real... But what logic shall CVS show for Aryaan to be Bihaan's lookalike? Thahaan's daughter is Thapki's lookalike is acceptable..
What I think is maybe Bihaan fell off the cliff and was in coma for a few years looked after by Aryaans's family, Aryaan was similar to Bani's age then..Then this Aryaan met with an accident when he grew up...His face got damaged and doctors gave up all hopes for Bihaan... The doctor transplanted Bihaan's face to Aryaan.. Then Bihaan died but Thapki's belief stayed alive as Bihaan came back to her as her son-in-law.. May be after knowing the truth and by some means like kosi etc , Thapki too dies soon...So that we may rejoice Niyaan's scenes happily 😃

Is it possible to transfer one person's face to someone else? This means that Aryan will have a 50 year old's face.😕

When an aged person's body parts are transplanted to others after his death then why not the face.. It is possible I think

ya dii u r ryt it is possible in one south indian movie i knw dont rememer d name but in that actor ram chandra face transfer on allu arjun becz ram chandra died...n to take his revenge from villan n all his mom did this

Why can't he be simply Bihaan's doppleganger?
