No it was not Gunjan who told Deena about it. Deena found out when she followed Mannu and Amba on one of their secret getaways where Mannu could freely live like a girl for a day. That's how the truth was revealed to her. I had never seen any scene where Gunjan was in on the secret. Simmi was the only one who knew.
