Sounds like DP but everyone knows of her depression and she has been in therapy for more than 3-4 yrs. Next bet is PC. Or maybe PC Jr.

Katrina. She looks a lot happier and like she's gained weight (consistent with SSRIs) also on an upswing with Salman, SRK movies. DP looks more haggard than ever and Alia probably would have used the mental health stuff for Dear Zindagi promo.
