In the insta live it was shivaay, pinky and annika in shivaay's room... but there were a couple of pictures where annika was sitting on the edge of bed and shivaay was dressing her wound or helping with her sling and he was standing... so am pretty sure that the writers wouldn't make Mahi to do that 😉
