No it's not same suite he came with to Sharma house, check the tie is totally different. I feel mostly it's a promo for upcoming track maybe.
Mahek didn't won earlier season, If she participate she is allowed why not? Beside she wants to be with Shaurya.
It could be a promo not for the actual show :) I mean about his suite.
