Maybe yes, maybe no. Ayan would have had every chance to get acquitted if an experienced lawyer had taken up the case. Instead of gathering evidence against Maya, she was highly overconfident that she will win the case. It was more Maya centric than Ayaan. she could have asked for the phone recording if the cctv had broken. She could have even challenged those medical reports & requested the court to ask Maya to get herself tested again under the supervision of the law if she had a doubt that Maya had tampered them. However, if both of them had matched, then it would be highly impossible for Ayaan to get away.
