CCTV camera's angle of view plays a very important role here. We have seen Ayaan on top of her and Maya screaming from the angle which they have shown us.. If CCTV recording has the same, then it is very easy to prove Ayaan guilty. Actually, I think, cctv evidences are in favor of Maya.

Me too think CCTV cameras and Samay are going to make Maya win, Maya is not dumb, she knows where the camera's are. Her staging would be in such a way that the camera's would not have captured, her putting the keys in her dress or she tripping him over. It would have caught maya's expressions pleading to Ayan, it would have caught Ayan's stupid dialogues and his ripping off her sleeves and her dress. Then Samay will testify against Ayan and that will nail down the case against Ayan

Maya was trying to do something obscene in front of judge and others which is not permissible. The bite marks dna must also be established.

It is screen-play with time limitation for story!
Routine & mundane sequences are perhaps left to viewer's imagination!
Only juicy stuff is there on screen! After all , it is IPL season! One has to keep that in mind!

If Saanjh loses the case, it will make her more determined. There are higher courts. What about Arjun not able to come out of the room? Was he drunk? In that case how can he hear everything so clearly as Saanjh said?
If Samay comes out supporting Maya, Arjun may turn against Maya and tell everything. Saanjh should see What Samay really is and that will make her more cautious and well prepared.

And we know truth ultimately has to win. Satyamev Jayate.
