At the hospital
The doctors walked out of the OT, shivaay ran upto them and asked how is Anika? The doctor replied, we've removed the bullet but due to a lot of blood loss she's still critical we will have to keep her under observation. Shivaay asked the doctor if he could see her the doctor allowed him to go and check upon her.
He walked into the room and saw a frail Anika laying in her bed unconscious, he walked up to her caressed her forehead and planted a delicate kiss on it and sat beside her holding her hand, he kept looking at her with his eyes filled with tears trying to figure out what to say. Next morning
Anika slowly open her eyes and whispered Shivaay's name and look around the room, and then she spotted Shivaay sleeping with his head on her side still holding her hand tightly in his hand, the tears marks from last night still could be seen on his face and the bedsheet was still wet from his tears from last night, she tried to recollect the events from last day in her head and figured what happened but that was not it in addition to the part where she got shot she also recollected Shivaay's voice in her head asking for forgiveness and also admitting that he loves her, a small smile came on her face and she shook her head in happiness and looked at him sleeping in that awkward position she whispered shivaay bhi na and ran her fingers in his hair and said maaf toh maine aapko kab ka kar dia tha kyonki main bhi aapse pyar karti hoon..
