YHM setting new record: Sohail is back

Yeah, Sohail is back on tv but not in YHM. 😆 Sohail aka Gaurav Wadha is selected as the male lead of popular tv show "Thapki Pyaar Ki'. YHM's scores are very poor but seems like its brand value is still very high. I guess this show has produced most number of lead actors from supporting actors on Indian television in recent times. Neel Motwani is doing a fine job as the lead actor and now Gaurav would be featured as the main man on Colors. Good to see hard work still pays off.

Good for him and his fans ...hope he makes most of the opportunity.

Guess the yhm brand is being milked by all and used as a talking point in their resumes to further their career ambitions and it seems to be a lucky charm ...writers ..directors ..actors and cameos...hmmm...

A very mediocre actor though from the glimpse we saw in YHM...hope he delivers for the new show.

Also reaffirms my belief that Desi television thrives by rewarding mediocrity hence the content and actors (most that I have seen following Desi telly for the last 3 years) are content with delivering mediocrity too..the few exceptions who are genuinely good actors get stuck in the collective mess too...pity.

From what I had seen, not a very good actor imo. But then, he did get a circus type character to work with. Hope he will prove his mettle in the new show. Apart from Aly and Neel, the performance of other supporting-actors-turned-leads have been very disappointing.
