The lawyers always do such things in courts to prove their client innocent (at least in the movies and TV shows) to proof that the victim can fake stuffs so I don't know what special did Saanjh do over here. Plus she didn't go into body part discussions which could be called public shamming, neither did she say anything false (excluding the story of the actual day in case it was false)

About Arjun n Maya personal life discussion it was required to prove that their marriage was not a happy marriage as they were projecting to state the reason of Ayan getting into the house and searching for the keys (it would have been equally wrong in normal situations to search for keys in some one else' house)

I don't realise what among these compel Maya to reveal her inner wounds in public, she had the medical report which would prove exactly the same, no judge wants to see that

Saanjh is here at falut as she didn't allow Samay in court, excluding that none of her actions here are any wrong

See this is what a defense lawyer will do to rape victim. Saanjh was exactly doing that. Because rape is one crime where mostly criminal get away as women in question will give up one way or the other due to the humilation in public.

And after the dialogues Saanjh told to Maya like giri hui aurat and all rape victim cries and even run away from witness box. Maya decides to strip.

Saanjh will make use of that to tell she is a shameless woman. Reason she is not behaving like a coward, eyes down. Unlike Arjun whom Saanjh could unnerve she is unable to unnerve Maya. A woman who faces the patriarchal society heads on. She has to be bought down. At any cost she has to be bought down. The more Maya fights, the more Saanjh will bend rules. This is only the beginning.
