This is my take on the current track of Ishqbaaaz.. It starts when the plan of Ranveer-Kaamini-Fakevaay is revealed and Ranveer fires the bullet at Shivaay for destroying his plan but it hits Annika.

Annika was immediately rushed inside the Operation Theatre as she was shot by a bullet which grazed her heart,causing severe blood loss. The entire Oberoi family was in a state of shock,especially Shivaay,who didnt speak a word since their arrival in hospital. His face bore no expressions. His eyes' were burning in the fire to seek revenge from Ranveer,who fired at Shivaay but Annika took the bullet for him.
All their moments' were flashing infront of his eyes'. Be it that ''Ab Dard hua" moment or that "Holi Function's hug",everything was coming before his eyes'. Most importantly,that moment flashed when Shivaay announced Annika as his wife infront of the media and that precious smile of her. Tears were flowing freely from his eyes'. He never thought that he would have to see his Annika,blood-ridden,lying unconscious on his arms.
"Tu jo nazron ke saamne kal hoga nahi
Tujhko dekhe bin main
Mar na jaaun kahin.."
He was incomplete without Annika. She completed him.. Their interactions,their fights' on petty matters,her weird words'.. Everything about her was really precious to him. Most of all,the way she used to take care of his family,made him fall in love with her. If his brothers' are his heart,then she was his heartbeat. And,he cannot imagine his life without his heartbeat..his soulmate...

Maane na, manaaun kaise?
Tu bata...
Roke na ruke naina
Teri ore hai inhe toh rehna
Roke na ruke naina..."
As he watches his wife fighting for her life,he couldnt stop himself from crying. Finally... Shivaay Singh Oberoi broke down. He couodnt see Annika in so much pain. The Great Wall of Shivaay broke into pieces. He just wants his Annika back,safe and sound. Her bickerings,her banters,etc etc.. His ears' are waiting impatiently to hear her talk.. He just wanted to be beside her..
All the family members' broke into tears as they saw Shivaay breaking down in tears. OmRu goes near him and hugs Shivaay tightly. They try to console Shivaay,keeping their tears at bay. Their Annika needs to come back .. To them..
