Why are you after kajol TM? Neither SRK nor KJo made her a star, maybe Yash Raj banner had some contribution on her career because most of her hit movies were from that banner in the 90's, when she paired up with SRK he was not a king like today and both SRK and kajol made their debut around the same time but he couldn't create good chemistry with other actresses at that time like he made with kajol, maybe he gave some hits with actresses but so was kajol gave hits without SRK too, movies like gupt, yeh dilagi, pyar to hona hi tha, ishq, faana and few other hit movies didn't have SRK but still those movies managed to make lot of money and when made KKHH, kajol was already an established actress at that time when she gave lot of hit movies before, so it's the other way around that KJo became famous because of her.
